2011 Stowe Vt. Car Show

The Stowe show promised to be a wet one, as in other years.  The rain held off till Monday, the day the Mennuccis and the Trudels picked to travel back to RI.  Little Rhody members did well in the judging, taking 3 first place trophies.  Ken Trudel's 29' leatherback, Charlie Howards 31 slant window blind back,  and John Mennucci's 31 roadster all won in  their class.  Dottie Cese provided her usual smorgasbord of delights, making her room the Little Rhody hospitality center.
Little Rhody members who attended the Stowe show included:

John and Dawn Mennucci
Charlie and Pat Howard
Ken and Carol Trudel
John and Dottie Cese
Paula Taylor
Dennis Allsop

July 2011 Picnic

This year's picnic had to be the best ever!! The weather was as perfect as a July day gets, the food was great, and the car games were "new and improved" thanks to Richard Mowry.
The turnout of members and guests was at 59 people, one of our biggest.
The host families, the Johnsons, Underwoods, and Lockwoods, went out of their way to make us welcome, and their hospitality was appreciated by all.

The following pictures should tell the rest of the story.  As usual, you can make the pictures full screen by double clicking on them.

2011 Pot Luck Supper

March 13, 2011 was a night of good food and good friends.  The main courses were memorable, the deserts will also be remembered...on our waists.
A few pictures follow, and remind us of pictures taken at other Little Rhody events.  Seems like we should be the Little Rhody Epicurean Club.

  Thanks for taking a look.
