Richard Mowry decided that we needed a
fall fun run with a reward. He couldn't have chosen a better
destination, and the reward was ICE CREAM!!
We met up at our usual junction of Rts. 102 and 14. From there we took
country roads to Buttonwood Ice Cream stand in Griswold Connecticut.
The ice cream is homemade, and in many flavors. The whipped cream is
almost as thick as the ice cream, making sundaes amazing.
As the pictures show, the weather was perfect, and fall colors were starting to "pop".
Enjoy the photos.
